Shipping & Returns Information

All orders are posted via Australia Post, and can take some time to get to where they are going. A courier service will be in place shortly and this will decrease postage time but will NOT affect the free postage for you.
Unfortunately we cannot do free postage to any other country in the world. Free Postage is for Australian addresses only. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your order to be delivered. 10 to 15 days to Western Australia.
If you are in need of an order by a certain time, please let Shopinoz know so we can prioritise your order, to ensure that you get it in time.

Shipping: The cost of shipping will depend on the cost of the order.
Shipping is set at a flat rate. If an order is below $3.00, then a flat rate fee of $1.00 is added, if an order is $3.00 or more, then the shipping is totally free

If you have a product that is faulty, broken or the wrong product received, then we will begin the process of returning your product.
In some cases we will do our best to help with the cost of shipping or pay for the return of the product in full.
