Any information that Shopinoz retains from you is kept solely for the purpose of making your online experience with us, as wonderful and enjoyable as possible.
Returning customers will have the benefit of possibly receiving a gift from us as an appreciation of your time with us, no further purchase necessary etc etc.

Your personal information, especially your e-mail address will never be
sold to any third parties,
sold to any company, business, or sole person,
given away,
swapped,
loaned,
or lost to any other person by accident.

Your privacy is very important to you, so it is very important to us.
We cheerfully respect all that is private to you and shall, ourselves never send e-mails more often than once per month, these will only be of importance to those who choose to find out about specials or offers and new products.
If you do not wish to recieve such periodical e-mails, then simply contact Shopinoz, and we will take you off of our mailing list, no questions asked.

Terms, conditions, content and liability disclaimer
* Acceptance of Order and Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with Shopinoz you are entering a legal agreement between you, as a single entity, the company/organisation you represent, and Shopinoz. Your order is confirmation and acceptance of our terms and conditions. Our terms and conditions overrule the buyer's terms and conditions under all circumstances.

* Ownership of Goods
Ownership title of goods remains with the seller until full payment(s) have been received.

* Virtual Samples & Artwork Approval.
Artwork positionals and virtual samples are submitted by email for every order for your approval. Pre-production samples can be requested at the time of order at an additional cost.

* Postage
Postage charges will apply to all orders that are under our pre-set amount.

Unfortunately we cannot do free postage to any other country in the world. Free Postage is for Australian addresses only. * Artwork
Artwork can be supplied as Illustrator Vector EPS files. All fonts & text should be outlined or the font should be supplied. Any other file format submitted may incur additional charges.

* Cancellation or Alterations to orders for products that have artwork done
Once your order has been placed, any alterations or cancellation of the order will result in charges being incurred. The buyer will be responsible for all costs incurred by Shopinoz and invoiced accordingly. (Refer to Cancellation of Custom Orders)

* Returns & Refund Policy for branded products
Product(s) may be returned within 7 days if they are deemed faulty. Our policy is to maintain 100% customer satisfaction. As such, we will promptly address any quality or branding issues with any product supplied by replacing that product or refunding the cost of the faulty product(s). Because we supply branded products, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are ordering the correct product for the right purpose. Most products can be evaluated before purchase at the customers cost. It is also the customer's responsibility to ensure they are happy with the selected branding option(s) before the product is branded. If products need to be returned please contact us by email.

* Warranties
Shopinoz provides no express or implied warranties. Shopinoz passes all transferable warranties made by the manufacturer of the goods to the client.

* PMS Colour Matching
Whilst all effort is made to match PMS colours, it is not always possible to match the PMS colours exactly, as branding processes and techniques differ, and product materials differ from product to product.

* Website Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. Whilst every effort is made to display accurate pricing and product information on our website, Shopinoz does not guarantee that pricing and product information is always 100% accurate.

* Stock
Products advertised on our website may be out of stock or become deleted lines, or there may be subtle style changes from time to time. Whilst we try to advertise current ranges and styles only, we do not guarantee that products are in stock and available at the time of order, or the product advertised may not be the most current style.

* Production Over/Under Runs
Whilst Shopinoz always aims to deliver exact quantities ordered, sometimes there may be slight variations in the quantity delivered due to availability, quality control, and time constraints. Shopinoz reserves the right to deliver +/- 5% under or over the quantity requested and will charge accordingly. We don't think that this will ever happen.

* Shipping & Delay of Goods
Shopinoz will not be held accountable or liable for any unforeseen delays affecting delivery of your goods over which they have no direct control. Eg. Shipping timetables, customs delays, natural disasters, acts of god etc.


Cancellation of Custom Orders
* Once a custom order has been accepted and confirmed a deposit of 50% is required within 5 working days. If no deposit is received then the order will be cancelled and Promsec will charge a cancellation fee of 5% (ex gst) of the total value of the order. * If a custom order is cancelled after a deposit has been paid (prior to sample approval), then Promsec will withhold a percentage of the deposit based on the following time periods from the date of order confirmation: 1 - 7 days (25%), 8 - 29 days (50%), or after 30 days (100%). * If a custom order is cancelled following approval of a pre-production or virtual sample, the client then becomes liable for 100% ofthe total value of the order.


Cancellation of Other Orders
* If a customer cancels an order before it is posted, we will NOT charge any restocking fee or any other fee, we will refund any order as long as it's not a custom order such as artwork on products etc.
